How to rent an I'Velo Bike If you've never rented I'Velo bikes before it might seem a bit complicated, but it's really not. In order to rent an I'Velo bike you just have to do these 3 things: 1. The National Art Museum of Romania is located in the center of Bucharest, on Victoria’s Boulevard (the oldest boulevard of Bucharest), very close to the Athene Palace Hilton Hotel.
